SIS Sports
There are wonderful sporting opportunities at SIS. The school grounds are extensive and provide for soccer, softball, tennis, basketball, track & field, archery, and orienteering.
Indoor facilities provide for volleyball, badminton, gymnastics, soccer, basketball, and table tennis.
Every year the school hosts a number of sporting invitational tournaments and a cross-country meet at the school. Once a year we are able to use Yemen's National stadium to host the Sanaa City Track Meet.
In April each year we send a team of our best athletes to the Screaming Eagles Invitational Track and Field Meet, hosted by Cairo American College in Cairo, Egypt. |
