The board of Directors of Quality Schools International, the membership of which is formed as set forth in the bylaws of Quality Schools International, governs the school. An Advisory Board, composed of 6 to 10 members who reside in Armenia and are appointed by the president of QSI and the Director of the QSI International School of Yerevan, assists the school in its operations.
